Whatever your fitness level and goals, we have you covered with our fun and exciting training schedule. 

Some classes are capped so please book your place asap to secure your spot. The rest of our classes everyone is welcome. 

Please show up 5-10 minutes early so that we can start each class on time.  

Our coaches are also happy to do private classes too.

Designed for all levels of cyclist, triathletes and runners, this Spin class will have you sweating, laughing and feeling like a cycle pro in no time.  Coach Mini takes charge for this fun-packed session!

Join us for a hard and intensive interval session designed to build speed and push you beyond your limits.  We also focus on form, activation and some strength.  This session is for all levels!

Here, we combine a running and swimming (brick).  We start with a run (changes every week) and finish with an ocean swim.

Welcome to your perfect end of day workout. During this class, we do a series of intense functional, cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, bands, and stretches specific to swim, bike & run.

An excellent energiser for every woman wanting to start the day at a cracking pace.  This spin class will leave you feeling pumped for the rest of your day.

End the week with an endurance built spin class for both men, women and juniors.  There is an option to run off the bike to simulate that triathlon feel!
