PRO TIP: Add one sachet or 2 scoops of Fuel X to your 250ml Soft Flask, top up with water and shake to dissolve. Sip regularly from the start of your run. Once the flask is half empty, find a water tap and top up again with more water for the run home. This will allow you to use the fuel longer before having to worry about topping up with more powder/Fuel X!
