Join our Women’s Only TRIATHLON Training Program

4 Weeks starting 2025

Our Tri-ActiV8 signature Women’s Only triathlon training program is designed for women aged 14 years and over wanting to participate in and try-triathlons.  It’s a great beginner’s introduction to the sport.

We will be running (and swimming and cycling) for 4 weeks leading up to participating in the next Women’s Only Triathlon by Mackay Triathlon Club in 2025

Our experienced and Triathlon Australia accredited coaches will be there with you every step of the way. The 4-weeks of structured training will specifically prepare you for the Mackay Tri Club Women’s Only Triathlon (swim 200m – cycle 8km – run 2km) and future Enticer race distances (swim 350m – cycle 10km – run 2.5km).

You will need a bike but it doesn’t need to be a wiz-bang bike.  You don’t even need to be able to swim, cycle and run.  The program will equip you with everything you need to know, including information about nutrition, transition and triathlon gear to give you confidence to take you to the next level.
