Join our Zero to Sprint TRIATHLON Training Program
6 Weeks starting 7 JULY 2025
Our ZERO to Sprint Program is designed for anyone aged 14 years and over wanting to participate in the Airlie Beach Triathlon on the 17 August.
We will be running (and swimming and cycling) for 6 weeks leading up to the Iconic Airlie Beach Triathlon. Whether you are new to triathlon or want to make a return - we have got you covered!
Our experienced and Triathlon Australia accredited coaches will be there with you every step of the way. With 6-weeks of structured training specifically preparing you for the Airlie Beach Triathlon and future race distances.
You will need a bike but it doesn’t need to be a wiz-bang bike. You don’t even need to be able to swim, cycle and run. The program will equip you with everything you need to know, including information about nutrition, transition and triathlon gear to give you confidence to take you to the next level.
