Finch Hatton - Flowing Trails
Event #4 of our 5 Part off the beaten track Trail Run Series.
Prepare to get off the beaten track, off-road and onto one of Australia’s most popular MTB parks! This course is guaranteed to get you exploring parts of the Pioneer Valley that you don’t normally venture as a trail runner. It’s the only day in 2026 where trail runners get to take over the mountain bike park. There will be flow on and off the MTB trails.

Distances: 6km, 12km and 18km^
Race Check in: 6am
Race Start: 7am - 18km distance, 7.15am - 12km distance, 7.20am - 6km distance.
Registration Fees: Starting from $25*

About the Distances:
All runners will exit the trail every 6km at the trail head and pass through the START/FINISH Line. The course is spectator friendly and allows competitors to top up water and nutrition on every lap.
Short Course: This run is considered “Loop 1”, all trail runners, no matter their chosen distance, will complete this loop. A great beginner’s course for new trail runners.
Mid Course: “Loop 2” will take you back out into the trails in an different and challenging way. Expect ascents and some unique perspectives of the MTB trails.
Long Course: “Loop 3” is the final loop of the MTB Trails. After completing Loop 1 and Loop 2, the long course runners will back into the trails running a new and final loop. Expect challenging ascents to fast-paced descents that reveal breathtaking views of the Valley.
^No running is allowed on the trails outside of this event! We have access once a year to deliver this trail running experience.
*Note: Entry fee prices are dependent on course length and are subject to price increases. Early bird ends 11 May 2026. Late fees start on 12 July 2026.
